An ongoing plan that covers updates, security, backups, monitoring, and a set amount of small changes and fixes each month, with priority turnaround when something needs attention. You get regular check-ins on how the site is performing and a single point of contact who knows it inside out. Plans can be scaled to how much hands-on support you actually want.
